Life style specialist

Lifestyle specialist when this name comes to my mind in 2024 after my birthday. I think about how I present myself to the world. Is a lifestyle specialist a person who is doing counseling or a designated health and nutrition expert?

After doing a lot of my research I figured out this position that is to do one thing and become a master of it. It motivates me a lot it tells me every aspect of life that becomes the master of whatever you do in life. Even little small things you never know that you are the one who is doing like purchasing groceries, cooking food, making a cup of tea, or washing dishes. Once you become a master of every small thing you can achieve what I call the designation to yourself which is a Lifestyle specialist.
